Keith Daly & Brian Love Talk 2022 Trends

Travillian’s Keith Daly, Director – Banking & Fintech Search and Brian Love, Head of Banking & Fintech, rejoin each other after the holidays to look back on 2022’s talent trends and talk through expectations for the new year.

  • Last year, risk and compliance searches loomed large, and they will continue to be top of mind for tech-forward community banks and more traditional financials.
  • Work-from-home and remote capabilities are still a desire for top-tier talent, especially in the innovation space. Institutions seemingly have warmed up to executive leaders being offsite, as evidenced by several C-Suite searches Travillian conducted.
  • Compensation has continued to tick up amidst uncertain economic conditions, as well as with roles that are niche (risk, compliance, tech leadership). There is a premium for tech-forward talent that banks need to understand at the onset of every search.

Travillian’s Banking and FinTech Practice provides Search and Talent Advisory services to depository institutions across the country. Established in 1998, the firm has built a unique platform that touches every corner of the industry. To learn more, click here, or get in touch below!
